Changing Colors

We are seeing different kinds of people everyday throughout our life. Each person has different characteristics like somebody will be seen as a more rough, somebody be as soft, somebody be rough but acts like soft and viceversa, some others acts according to the situation. In animal kingdom also, chameleons which changes its body color according to the background and situation. So we are also like chameloens..What do you think of this phenomenon among humans??
