What will happen if you dont have healthy food?


As everybody know that i had been to Taiwan for my official visit and came back with illness. It was because of the irregular and different food in there. Earlier that also i had a habit of irregular food structure which put my health upside down. After my return the effect from the food habits which i had in the pat 3 years started showning up in variety of forms with the lack of minerals such as Vitamins, Iron, Calcium etc., etc., it started showing up in the form of fatigue, muscle pain especially chest pain which worried me a lot, felt very tired. What are the Causes for all these alignments?

First thing came in to my mind is eating unhealthy food which i am having outside like fast foods, carbonated soft drinks, junk food, Ready to eat food for the past 4 years as i am staying alone in a single room with no kitchen available.

I was thinking about it and discussed about it with a doctor. She told Not only the food habits made all this alignments, the work schedule and the way we work also cause these troubles. The Main huge threat to our young and middle age society is " mind stress". Where we are getting all these stress? Mainly work. As we are straining our body too much with out giving adequete rest and fuel for it. Rest we can get through the relaxation of our mind and soul by various methods like exercising, book reading or by the way we feel relaxed.Fuel is nothing but the healthy food. We have to consider like this what will happen if we didnt use quality petrol and proper maintanence to our car or two wheeler? same thing to our body also. According to me Indian way of cooking is the best way of cooking in the whole world. In india cooking is mainly of Steam cooking or boiling the food. Frying of food material not only reduces the minerals present in the food but also increase the cholestral and carbon content. Both are not good for health. We need to regularise and make systematic changes to our daily routine to live a better and healthy life.
What are the changes happening in my life now?
Got in to a new room with the kitchen and started cooking myself. This way i can get healthy food as well as relaxation by enjoying the cooking experience. Started doing exercise by Fast walking in the morning, swimming in the evening. Both relaxes the mind as well as strengthening the body. I am recovering from my past mistakes. I feel happy now.

Good to see ya back buddy. As you said, its not goot with fast food and cold drinks so on. Its always good to go with water and less spicy food. Glad you have a kitchen now and take care.

You shud always be conscious of your health no matter where u are.
