Capital Punishment really worthy in india

Is capital Punishment given to criminals really worthy in india??

Capital Punishments (Death penalty) are given to the people who commits very serious criminal mistakes, so that it is an example and lesson to others who are intended to do like that.

As there are death penalty has been awarded to many people before and even some criminals are executed in the punishment.

But what happens actually???

Yesterday Delhi High court gave a verdict on a rape case that was happened in 1996 that is almost 10 years back. Earlier the same case was taken in the sessions court but the accused was left free due to influential background play. But after the media and true citizens of india step in to act and again the case was taken in the high court and the death sentence was awarded to the convict.

What will happen after this? In my opinion the convict will be put in jail till the day he has to be hanged. Before the actual date the week before the family members and the convict himself file a mercy petition to the president. As the decision from the president gets delaying the convict canot be hanged before that. So he is allowed to live in this world even after the punishment is awarded.

That is the same thing happened in the Afzal the person who is the master mind behind the parliment attack, indian police and law is not able to execute the capital punishment even though he is awarded one. His mercy petition is still under verification with the government.

There are many case like this who escaped from the law due to loop holes. And there are many cases where the judgment has to be given and yet it is pending for a very long time.

Where india is moving?

Funny one but happens some where in the world..

if our kid asks him what inflation is, our answer would be:

Inflation is when I pay fifteen dollars for the ten-dollar haircut, I used to get for five dollars when I had hair.

If inflation continues to soar, you're going to have to work like a dog just to live like one.

if our kid ask us why do you go to work, our response would be:

Every day I get up and look through the Forbes list of the richest people in America. If I'm not there, I go to work.

If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of loan payments

Career Risk

As we climb the corporate ladder, everyone must have faced branching roads. 1 road to enriching technical skillset, 1 road to managing people, 1 road to generate business and many many roads which are less travelled.

All you have to do is choose. That's the tough part.
2 things to note here - common questions which comes across everyone's mind.
1) Q: Why do we need to choose? - Ans: For a better living of ourselves and for others
2) Q: Will the choice be correct? - Ans: You never know until you travel midway in the road. This is called Risk.

--> People who do not wish to take risk can proceed - Take life as it comes. Trust the almighty - be happy

--> People who know what they are capable of, how much competent they are in the IT industry - They make their own paths, they not only help themselves, they help many others also. - be happy and make others also happy (Like my good friend Anoop..)

Shale Oil in india

Shale Oil is the form of oil not in the liquid state but in the solid state. As everybody knew about the formation of the fossil fuels, when the dead materials like wood and many others decay for a million of years if forms the fossil fuels like coal, oil and many other minerals. In the process of transformation of the coal in to oil comes the one more product called shale oil. As this shale oils is not similiar to the oil which is currently available, As it is present in the solid state it requires different technology to extract it. The technology is available now but when extracting the oil from shale oil the rock is crushed in to powder and heated in an extreme high temperature and then it has to cooled down by pouring lots of water over it. Shale is present all over the world. The Main countries which are having the reserves of shale oil are America, Australia, India, Thailand and many others. India is having good amount of shale oil reserves estimated 14 billion tonnes which is only second to US which is having 60 billion tonnes. In india shale oil is present in Assam and Arunchal pradesh shale and coal fields. As this extracting if oil requiries lots of water assam is blessed with lots of water with the river bramaputra. As the estimated quantity of shale oil in india is 14 billion tonnes and in the current requirement calculations this oil can be extracted for morethan 100 years, and india can become a member of OPEC.
